QUICK CHANGE PARTS

I had a piece of the quick-change part on my scroll saw break and I needed to replace it fast, so I called to see if there were any delivery options other than standard delivery. The woman I spoke to was very helpful. In the end I opted to just go with the standard delivery because she said that it would go out in the mail that day which it did. I placed the order on Friday and received it on Monday, so I'm very happy with the quick and helpful service. I do wish, however, that the metal in this piece (the "key") was not so thin so that it would not break as easily. This is the second one I've had break in about 9 months. I was a little bit smarter this time and ordered two replacements, rather than one, so I will not be in such a bind if it breaks again.
