PS Wood Machines :: CA Glue
When bonding, choose a viscosity that does not absorb completely into the surfaces to be bonded. For uneven bonding surfaces, select a thicker viscosity to fill the gaps. 99.5% pure CA = clear, strong, fast cure.
THIN = Water thin consistency, fast setting and curing, absorbs into porous woods, 5 CPS viscocity
MEDIUM = Thin syrup consistency, general adhesive, fills small gaps up to 1/32", 500 CPS viscosity
THICK = Syrup consistency, does not absorb into porous woods, provides strong bond for porous surfaces, good filling characteristics for larger cracks, and uneven surface bonding, 2000 CPS viscosity
FLEXIBLE = Syrup consistency, flexible condition when cured, allows bonding of dissimilar materials (metal to wood), high impact strength, 2000 CPS viscosity
ACTIVATOR = Significantly accelerates the cure of all CA formulas
DeBONDER = Use for cleanup and removal of CA from skin and equipment. Will not work as a thinner
